Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping 

Our order processing times are separate to the shipping times you see at checkout. If you've chosen 1-2 day shipping and you placed your order after 4PM, your order will be with you in 2-3 days (processing time + shipping time). If you've placed your order before 4PM and chosen 1-2 day shipping, your order will likely be with you next-day.

All orders are processed same-day if placed before 4PM (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

On rare occassions we may dispatch within 48 hours, however 99.9% of our orders are dispatched within 1 business day and orders placed before 4PM are dispatched same day.

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £80.

Important: These timeframes are estimates given by Royal Mail and not guarantees. If you wish to guarantee your delivery date, please use Special Delivery. Otherwise your order may arrive after the estimated timeframe, and as this is down to Royal Mail we cannot reimburse you. 


International Shipping

We also offer overnight shipping to Ireland. Our shipping rate to Ireland is a flat rate at £12. 

Due to the Windsor Framework, your order will not incur any import duties and taxes, or VAT. If your order to Ireland is somehow subject to any further charges, Eternacards Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please see our Returns Policy for full information on refunds, returns and exchanges. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
