Please read before placing a Pre-Order.
When placing a Pre-Order with EternaCards, all other item(s) in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item(s). That means if a Pre-Order item releases in 40 days, you'll need to wait 40 days for all other items in your cart. If you want in-stock items to be dispatched immediately, please place a separate order for pre-order items and in-stock items. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
If you order multiple pre-order items with different release dates, these will be subject to the same policy above.
If you place an order with in-stock and pre-order items, or pre-order items with multiple release dates and require separate shipping, you can do that here.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-Orders will be charged to your preferred payment method immediately upon checking out. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction was made.
