We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. We discount based on the size of your order. Half Price Tracked 24 on all UK orders over £80. Free over £200.

All in-stock orders are dispatched same-day Monday to Friday, when placed before 4PM.

All orders that include a pre-order item will be held until all items can be dispatched together. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items.

Payment is taken at checkout for all pre-order items.

We aim to dispatch all pre-order items the day before the scheduled release date, provided there are no delays with the supplier.

Absolutely. We only sell 100% genuine products sourced directly from official distributors. We never sell counterfeit, resealed, or tampered-with products, so you can buy with confidence every time.

We know condition matters. That's why every order is carefully packed using protective packaging to help ensure your TCG products arrive safely and in the same condition they were sent to you.

Of course! You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to you to notify us you'd like to return your order, and a further 14 days from the date you've notified us, to send your order back. If you haven't notified us within 14 days of your order being delivered, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For avoidance of doubt - any orders that have been opened from their original packaging cannot be returned, due to the nature of the product.
