China to Release Fourth Gem Pack Series Featuring Ponyta

China's Fourth Gem Pack

China will be releasing the fourth “Gem Pack” series booster pack on 6 February 2026, headlined by Ponyta in celebration of the Year of the Horse. This set will feature a spring theme, giving fans a seasonal twist on popular Pokémon. Early details about the release were first reported here on PokéBeach.

Fourth Gem Pack

Like previous Gem Packs, each booster pack contains four holo cards, with 28 different Pokémon available to pull. Each Pokémon has six holo variations, numbered individually, including a special Ponyta example.

Additionally, every Pokémon in the set will also release as an Illustration Rare, meaning there are seven total cards per Pokémon, resulting in 196 cards across the full set. This includes a never-before-seen version of Ponyta that will remain exclusive to China. The other revealed cards have already been released in English and Japanese, with 18 Pokémon yet to be revealed.

This release continues the trend of region-exclusive Gem Packs, combining collectibility, holo variations, and Illustration Rares in a single highly collectible set.
